3. types of ad
= you own the place for an advert, and/or you are authorised person to rent the place
= in case of interest in your place for an advert,
will contact you ASAP
= you do not own or you are not authorised to rent the place for an advert, but you have contact details of person who is owner of the place for an advert (contact details suffice at this stage, contract with owner is not required )
= you insert contact details to form, which has to be fullfiled if you chose orange ad option
= if the rental contract for place for an advert for which you have provided contact details is successfully concluded, you will receive agreed % of the rent
